I couldn't be any happier with my purchase or the customer service. I'm REALLY glad I happened to pick these guys to order this chip from. (Took about 20 minutes total) I didnt even know what exactly I needed to order for my truck, so I ended up calling Full Forse Diesel and the Gentleman who answered the phone walked me through everything.
(Might not look quite as cool as the Ram, but it's out performing it now for sure!) Also, I've never installed a chip before and it was super easy. It was pretty impressive, and until I got this chip in my truck, my Ram was my favorite truck ever, but this chip made my Ford into my new favorite. I used to have an (cummins 5.9 turbo diesel) with an upgraded turbo, high flow exhaust and an Edge power programmer. I havent yet driven it enough to see what type of mileage I'm getting, but from how slow the needle is moving, it appears I'm getting quite a bit better than the 14 I was getting prior to putting in the chip. (And that's in the fuel sipper tune!) My turbo also puts out more than twice the boost than it ever has since I've had the truck, and it jumps up instantly like its constantly spooled up and holding pressure just waiting for me to let it loose. Now I barely touch the pedal and it takes off like a rocket. I just put this chip in my 99 F350, and I cant believe the difference it makes! Prior to putting it in, I had to push the gas pedal down at least 3/4 of the way or more to get the turbo needle to even budge and get ANY get up and go. You can install custom tuning through your email from you home (see related products) if you ever upgrade your truck later. (see related products) It holds the most programs in the industry with 17 available positions. You can install the extension cable and reprogram your chip anytime without removing it. You can choose your desired tune at any point during your drive by just pushing the selector switch to the desired number. The 7.3 is shift on the fly capable unlike the newer trucks today. The hydra chip is the most advanced plug in performance chip to date for the 7.3 Powerstroke.
